Overview
Diploma in Electrical Engineering - (Lateral Entry) is a field of engineering that generally deals with the study and application of electricity, electronics and electromagnetism. It covers a range of subtopics including power, electronics, control systems, signal processing and telecommunications. There are equally good opportunities for jobs in the electrical engineering industry and higher education.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidate must have passed 12th or equivalent system from any recognized Central/State Board with minimum aggregate marks of 35% along with Maths, Physics and English as compulsory subjects.
Or
Candidate must have passed 10th with ITI (Minimum 2 years' duration) from any institutions recognized by State Government in relevant engineering subjects with minimum aggregate marks of 60% or Intermediate Science with Vocational/Technical subjects.
