Master of Computer Application (MCA) is a 2-years (four semesters) professional Master’s Degree program in computer application. Objective

Understand, analyze and develop computer programs in the areas related to algorithmic structures, networking principles, operating system concepts and solutions for specific application development using appropriate data modeling concepts.
Apply standard software engineering practices and strategies in software project development and management using open-source programming environment to deliver a quality product for business success.
Ability to design and develop efficient computing systems using concepts of underlying computer architecture, computational approaches and other related disciplines to meet customer’s objectives.
Ablity to apply ethical principles and communication skills to demonstrate knowledge and understanding of the programming and management principles to manage projects in multi-disciplinary environment.

Computer knowledge: Apply the knowledge of mathematics, science and programming fundamentals to the solution of complex computing problems.
Problem analysis: Identify, formulate, research literature, and analyze complex computing problems reaching substantiated conclusions using first principles of mathematics, natural sciences, and computer science.
