Counselling is a process that aims to help students identify goals and potential solutions to problems which cause emotional turmoil. It seeks to improve communication and coping skills; strengthen self-esteem; and promote behavior change and optimal mental health.
With the intent to address and help resolve emotional and psychological issues of the students the university has initiated the “Counselling Cell” in its premises with the help of a trained team of faculty members as Counselors.
The Counseling Cell assists students in better understanding themselves and the situations that they face, as well as assisting them in finding solutions to their problems. Personal, emotional, social, family, peer, intellectual, sexual, and other issues may arise. Individual or group counselling is used to assist them with academic goals, social and personality development, career goals, and improving listening, empathy, and interpersonal skills in order to have healthy relationships and a healthy lifestyle.
The Counselor's mission is to provide assistance to students by listening and responding in a confidential, nonjudgmental, and timely manner, ensuring that they grow into productive, well-adjusted adults of the future. They have been educated to analyse, diagnose, and treat students who are experiencing academic stress, anxiety, depression, social addictions, and other issues.
The purpose of counseling is to assist students make positive behavioural adjustments, improve their capacity to form and sustain social relationships, promote their decision-making process, and help them realise their own potential and cope effectively with the issues they confront.

Razzmatazz club of the University is dedicated for the Fashion. It is a place where art, history, love, music, and emotion combines with style. Fashion and style not only reflects our thoughts and emotions but it is powerful way to show case the Country’s tradition also. We can use it as a form of escapism. With the theme ‘Fashion with Purpose’, the club show cases the prominent issues of the society with their solutions in a very beautiful and innovative way called Broadway.

The Society for the Promotion of Indian Classical Music And Culture Amongst Youth (SPIC MACAY) is a voluntary youth movement which promotes intangible aspects of Indian cultural heritage by promoting Indian classical music, classical dance, folk music, yoga, meditation, crafts and other aspects of Indian culture; it is a movement with chapters in over 300 towns all over the world. SPIC MACAY was established by Dr. Kiran Seth in 1977 at IIT Delhi.
‘Power Angels’ as a concept, is indigenous to Women Power Line 1090, and aims to foster a police-citizen partnership to create safer public spaces for women. The Power Angels are appointed as Special Police Officers who are entrusted with the task of acting as a link between the police and the society. The idea is to empower and motivate women and girls, to speak up against harassment, register a strong voice and not find themselves at the receiving end of societal victimization, alienation or pressures that refrains them from registering their dissent. The aim of appointing Power Angels is to generate the informal support system, to spread awareness about 1090 in the College/University premises and outside.
The club aims to incarnate holistic development among fresh youths through nurturing and developing competitive skills and enabling them to transform into a time tested work-force under volatile business ambience.
Prime objective of the club is to cultivate professional ethics along with business intelligence through indulging participants into plethora of Corporate enigmatic exercises directed to enhance their creativity, decision making skills and know-how.
