Faculty of Commerce and Economics - Overview

The Institute of Management, Commerce and Economics was started in the year 2012. IMCE seeks to be a trail blazer in management education through strong academic-industry collaboration, promoting entrepreneurial programs, and developing international initiatives and alliances. IMCE thrusts on creating an innovative, ethical and intellectual environment with a focus on leadership and management in a technology intensive global market. IMCE has been playing a pivotal role in the growth of students and scholars through a blend of theory and practice, using highly innovative teaching pedagogy.
The Institute has the following two faculties:

  • Faculty of Management
  • Faculty of Commerce and Economics

Following two programs run under faculty of Commerce and Economics:

  • B.Com. (Hons): CBCS Pattern, offers specialization in Accounting and Finance, Banking and Insurance, Human Resource, and Marketing, and variety of courses for Ability and Skill Enhancement.
  • B.A. Economics (Hons): CBCS Pattern, offers specialization in International Economics and Emerging Trends, Policy, and Welfare Economics and Emerging Issues and variety of courses for Ability and Skill Enhancement.
