Overview
The study of behavior and the mind is known as psychology. Different branches of psychology exist, including developmental, forensic, social, and cognitive psychology. The study of psychology has applications in many different domains, including forensics, industry, organizations, health, and clinics. Although psychology was once primarily thought of as a branch of science, it is now used more widely in the humanities.
The Faculty of Psychology at SRMU is a highly dedicated and committed faculty that aims to impart high quality education among its students. M.A. Psychology is a professional degree that studies human behaviour and the mind under different scenarios or complications. It helps the students have in-depth insights into clinical psychology, health psychology, work psychology, social psychology, neuropsychology, emotions, and paradigm studies. The program aims to provide students with the skills and information required to effectively deal with the challenges and issues of the real world.

Eligibility Criterion
Candidates must have passed Graduation from any recognised University or AICTE recognised Institute/College in any stream with Psychology/Applied Psychology as compulsory subject with minimum aggregate marks of 45% or CGPA of 5.0 for Gen/OBC and 40% marks or CGPA of 4.5 for SC/ST Category.
