"Digital" and "communication" come together to make "digital communication." Digital refers to a discrete time-varying signal. Digital communication is the process of sending digital information between a sender and a recipient using a variety of tools and approaches. Digital communication has provided solutions to the issues associated with analog communication. We may use it for video conferencing, digital meetings, online learning, and more. Data may travel across long distances swiftly when using the internet and other digital communication routes. It also saves work and time.
The goal of the two year full time M. Tech. program in Digital Communication is to provide students with the know-how needed to tackle communication issues like distortion, delays, interferences, and other losses and provide creative solutions to enhance the procedures. Ranking among the best universities in Uttar Pradesh, SRMU has a curriculum that includes study of hardware like NI myRIO-1900 WIFI and MSP Connector, NI myRIO kits among other topics.

Engineering Knowledge: Apply the knowledge of mathematics, science, engineering fundamentals, and an engineering specializations to the solution of complex engineering problems.
Problem analysis: Identify, formulate, research literature, and analyze complex engineering problems reaching substantiated conclusions using first principles of mathematics, natural sciences and engineering sciences.
Design/Development of solutions: Design solutions for complex engineering problems and design system components or processes that meet the specified needs with appropriate consideration for the public health and safety, and the cultural, societal and environmental considerations.
Conduct investigations of complex problems: Use research-based knowledge and research methods including design of experiments, analysis and interpretation of data, and synthesis of the information to provide valid conclusions.
Modern tool usage: Create,, select, and apply appropriate techniques, resource, and modern engineering and IT tools including prediction and modeling to complex engineering activities with an understanding of the limitations.
