Internal Complaints Committee
Sexual harassment is an offence under The Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013.
It is a serious form of gender-based discrimination and a violation of human rights.
As per Section 4(1) of the Act, the Internal Complaints Committee has been constituted to address complaints and ensure a safe campus environment for women.
