The OBC Cell at Shri Ramswaroop Memorial University ensures correct execution of State Government, UGC, and Indian government programs related to stipends, scholarships, and other benefits for reserved groups. By granting scholarships and assistance, the Cell promotes higher education among Other Backward Classes (OBC) students.
